Study on the Full cost of Transport (January - June 2010)
The objective of this study is to develop a model of transport that will try to show the major components of transport cost, i.e. infrastructure, services and externalities. It will estimate transport's contribution to the economy. And it will highlight the types of information needed for a rational choice between transport investment proposals.

Sarawak Inland Waterway Transport Study (2008)
This project was part of the larger project to prepare a Master Plan for the development of the Inland Waterway Transport System in Sarawak. The objective of the study for UNDP and the Sarawak Rivers Board was to develop a masterplan for Sarawak's inland river system. The task entailed studying the current profile of passenger and freight transport to forecast future growth, assessing the state of waterway and network infrastructure, as well as provide ideas for an action plan.

National Transport Policy Study (2007)
This study commissioned by Innovation Associates Sdn Bhd for the Ministry of Transport, is concerned with inventorising the national transport policies, particularly focusing on policies under the Ministry of Transport. The study involved documenting the sub-sector policies, documenting the current management of the sector, examining trends in transport, and making recommendations on policy initiatives. PE seconded Mr Chang, its managing director as the team leader to provide overall coordination for the study and also to be responsible for the road sub-sector.

Extension of Light Rail Transit, Klang Valley (2006)
This study commissioned by HSSI for SPNB is concerned with developing extensions to the current LRT for the two main providers, i.e. Putra and Star. Working together with a large team of consultants, PE's role in this study is to undertake an economic appraisal as well as to establish the financial viability of the proposed infrastructure developments.
